Entry Requirements

The following items are essential to ensure that your child’s enrollment process is completed in a timely and efficient manner. We kindly ask that you take the time to review the list below carefully before submitting your application. • Completed and signed St Patrick’s Enrolment Form.
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Copy of Baptism Certificate (If Catholic)
• Copy of latest immunisation record
• Parish Priest Reference (If Catholic)
• Copies of two most recent school reports (if applicable)
• Copy of NAPLAN results (if applicable)

Submitting this form and meeting with your Parish Priest is necessary for enrollment at St Patrick’s. To learn more about the process, please contact your parish secretary. Download a copy of the Parish Priest Reference Form to fill out.

To ensure you have all the information you need to support your child’s education, we have created a parent guidebook. This guidebook is designed to provide you with a comprehensive overview of our school’s policies, procedures, and expectations. You will find information about our curriculum, events, extracurricular activities, and fees. We encourage you to use this guidebook as a reference throughout the school year.

The exclusive supplier of St. Patrick’s School uniforms is the Uniform Shop, which is located within the building. The Uniform Shop Price List and Order Form are available in our school office. If you’re unsure of your child’s sizing, a sample-size rack is also available. Orders can be placed on school days, and are usually filled and sent home the same afternoon.
