Ethos & Vision

A Catholic School

As a Catholic School we are a faith community, and a part of the St Patrick’s Parish Community.

Age appropriate prayer is a part of every school day, as is religious education instruction. Christian Meditation is practised twice a week throughout all age groups.

The Religious Education Guidelines are set out by the Archdiocese of Perth, and provide the curriculum area content.

Throughout the year the children participate in a range of liturgical celebrations. The Parish Priest together with parents and teachers prepare children for the reception of the Sacraments of First Reconciliation (Year Three), First Communion (Year Four) and Confirmation (Year Six).

Families seeking enrolment must be fully supportive of the Catholic ethos and practices of the school and parish.

Mission Statement

St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School is a compassionate community living the Gospel values. We strive to educate for excellence in a creative and challenging learning environment. We celebrate our history, embrace the present and continue to nurture the future generations by “walking in the light of Christ”.
